HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout according to buyer's location. However all orders over $40 within the U.S. ship free!
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
COVID is significantly impacting the mail system. USPS has suspended mail delivery to many countries (see the updated list by visiting the USPS website)
As of right now I have limited International shipping to Canada only. International customers are responsible for any customs, VAT taxes and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you are part of an EU country, VAT laws changed in 2021 and are now more legally complicated. Due to this I can only ship to EU via Etsy. Simply email me at saltyandsunkissedshop@gmail.com and we can arrange the transaction.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
Every item I sell is made to order. My current production time is 1 - 2 weeks. The time it takes for me to make your item does NOT account for shipping times. If you choose priority mail at checkout this does not change my production time. The time it takes for a package to reach you once it leaves my hands will vary depending on where you live.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
All orders are shipped from Florida, via USPS first class mail, unless you choose a different shipping method at checkout.
Due to Covid, worker shortages and other influences, shipping will vary and may take longer than expected due to delays.
Estimated delivery times according to USPS first class mail are as follows:
UNITED STATES: 3 - 5 days
CANADA: 11 - 20 days
LOST PACKAGES OR INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves our hands we no longer have control over it. If a package is lost we are unable to issue a refund. You will receive a tracking number via email when the order is shipped and if your package is lost you can file a missing package claim through USPS.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to placing your order as we cannot change your address once your order is placed. If your item is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address you will be refunded and notified so that you can place your order again.
